Spanish 'Livelihoods' Translation (and Russian?)

Medios de Vida Sostenibles is the term used by my colleague Daniel Rodriguez from ITDG Peru in the paper attached. It was the first time I had seen that particular translation, and it sounds about right or alternatively I have seen a term for livelihoods, which I will send when I find it, somthing like ganarse la vida.

Hope this helps.

Has anyone a Russian translation? The one we have been offered for a project in Central Asia is about four lines of text!
