Drafts
of six new case studies, plus a synthesis paper, on monitoring
impact on livelihoods have been drawn together by the Sustainable
Livelihoods Support Office (SLSO).
The
case studies cover six countries in Africa and Asia in sectors
including tourism, livestock, agricultural extension and research,
vegetable and fish production and rainfed farming.
All
aim to improve understanding of how to assess the impact of
DFID interventions on the livelihoods of the poor.
Comments
and suggestions on the draft materials are very welcome (including
comments on gaps or suggestions on complimentary material)
and can be sent to Susanne Clark at: s-clark@dfid.gov.uk
