Has
anyone incorporated the use of SLAs to identify the vulnerability
of stakeholders to each other?
Try
building up a livelihood capital asset pentagon for each of
the stakeholders and then assess which assets are vulnerable
and to actions from which stakeholder… I find it a useful
way to identify critical linkages for programmes, strategies
or influencing channels and key to developing collaborative
work and does it have potential for conflict analysis and
management?
