There
is some inconsistency between the sustainable livelihoods
guidance sheets and the latest version of the SLF. The sheets
refer to policies and institutions (including levels of government
and private sector) as "structures" and that the way in which
these operate is determined by "processes". The current version
of the SLF (see PIPs box) does not reflect this relationship
between structures and processes.
Below is a version of the PIPs box which, I think, more clearly
represents the relationship between, policies, institutions
and processes.
