Information and Technology Requirements Initiative at the
Emergency Capacity Building Project have conducted an assessment
covering ways in which technologies, including Information
and Communications technology, are used in times of humanitarian
Emergency. The assessment gives recommendations based on findings
drawn from various participating NGO headquarters, the Pakistan
earthquake and Dafur.
