Representatives from a number of different agencies and countries attended the workshop, including:

• DFID livelihoods programme's representatives from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Poland, Romania and Albania;
• Key stakeholders from central and regional government;
• Key representatives of main donor partners and other interested parties (WB, EU, IFAD, FAO, EBRD and others), CSEED and EECAD advisers and programme management staff, other advisory colleagues from DFID.
