The
Knowledge for Development Program at the World Bank
Institute has launched a cross sector community of practice
called K4D Community.
K4D
Community's purpose is to: build a roster of experts from
across the sectors, networks, and regions of the Bank to share
knowledge work and strategies through e-discussion and face
to face meetings; provide support and advice to people working
on strategies to help countries make more effective use of
knowledge for development; share knowledge and facilitate
collaboration with the external community to who want access
to World Bank thinking on knowledge related issues, through
the Knowledge Economy page on the Development Gateway.
