Enda
Tiers Monde (ENDA-TM) collaborates with grassroots groups
in search of alternative development models on the basis of
the experience, expectations and objectives of marginalised
peoples. ENDA is an association of with 21 partners in sountern
countries co-ordinated by an Executive Secretariat.
ENDA
hosts a Sustainable Livelihoods module entitled "Les
Modes de Vie Durables". The French module provides
a portrait of sustainable livelihoods in Senegal. Clear examples
of SL principles are articulated, such as participation, without
reference to the SL framework. Other themes explored are:
- Agriculture
- Micro-credit
- Environment
- Partners
- Local
Products
- Health
- Water
and Urban poverty
The
module contains case studies as well as Real Media clips with
the aim to share with users the reality of sustainable livelihoods
at the grassroots level in Senegal.
